The Schindler Tower, a historic landmark of the Group’s Italian headquarters and a significant example of 1960s brutalist industrial architecture, has been officially inaugurated yesterday.
The conservative restoration and the installation of a new lighting system return this iconic structure to the community, enhancing its original architectural identity and strengthening its role within the local skyline.

The test tower is part of the broader redevelopment project of the Schindler Headquarters in Concorezzo (MB), designed by GBPA Architects, which redefines the entire complex through a contemporary, sustainable vision focused on people’s wellbeing. A project where restoration is conceived not merely as preservation, but as a continuity between historical memory, technological innovation and future vision.
