JUNIOR ARCHITECT – INTERIOR DESIGNER
GBPA Architects is seeking an Architect specialized in Interior Design.
We are looking for a motivated and talented professional with 2–3 years of experience to join our interior design team.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on innovative and high-profile projects, actively contributing to the company’s success and continuous growth.
Main responsibilities

Development of interior design concepts and preparation of client-facing presentations.

Development of detailed and executive design packages using BIM software.

Preparation of technical documents and presentation materials for interior design projects.

Collaboration with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure both aesthetic and functional consistency across projects.

Participation in project management activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.

Research of materials, finishes, and trends to support the design process.
Requirements
-
2–3 years of experience in interior design, preferably on residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

Proficiency with design and modeling software such as Revit and AutoCAD.

Familiarity with rendering and visual design tools, such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Enscape, or Photoshop, for communicating design ideas.

Strong knowledge of materials (wood, stone, metals, textiles) and their practical and aesthetic applications.

Ability to select finishes and furniture consistent with the design concept and budget.

Understanding of building regulations, environmental certifications (LEED, WELL), and safety standards related to interior spaces.

Ability to design construction details and custom-made solutions (bespoke furniture, integrated lighting systems, etc.).

Interest in and awareness of the latest design, lifestyle, and furniture trends, including at the international level.

Excellent teamwork skills and autonomy in task management.

Creativity and attention to detail, with strong aesthetic sensitivity.

Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
