Eni San Donato

The Settimo Palazzo Uffici Eni is located in the Metanopoli area, in the plot bounded by Via Fabiani, Via Alcide De Gasperi, Via Bonarelli and Piazza Vanoni.

The design proposal is based on the assumption that the building is an important part of a general redevelopment project affecting the area.

The building also has intrinsic characteristics that, if enhanced, would make it extremely attractive, placing it at the top of the property market. In particular: architectural quality and historical relevance; potential planimetric flexibility; presence of green areas for exclusive use; strategic location (a few steps from the main infrastructure arteries).

In this context, biophilic design is understood as a way of designing that responds to our innate attraction to nature and its vital processes.

Designing according to the principles of biophilic design has become an increasingly urgent requirement today.
