JUNIOR ASSISTANT SITE SUPERVISOR
GBPA Architects is looking for a junior architect / engineer / surveyor for its Milan office, with 2–3 years of experience, to join the Site Supervision team as Assistant to the Site Supervisor and to the Health and Safety Coordinator (CSE).
A freelance collaboration contract (with VAT registration) is offered; compensation will be defined according to the candidate’s experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The activities, under the supervision and in support of the appointed Site Supervisor and CSE, include:
• Managing the documentation flow within the team and between contractor, Site Supervision and CSE;
• Drafting minutes and reports;
• Verifying the proper execution and quality of the works;
• Monitoring the construction schedule;
• Checking site accounting and validating interim payment certificates (SAL);
• Collecting the technical documentation and certifications at the end of works;
• Preparing documents for the final testing and commissioning phase.
REQUIREMENTS
- Technical diploma or degree (architecture / engineering / surveying);
- Basic knowledge of regulations on health and safety in the workplace;
- Ability to work effectively in a team;
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills;
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
