La valorizzazione del piano terra \u00e8 finalizzata all\u2019ottimizzazione e valorizzazione dei flussi di accesso all\u2019edificio, sia privati che pubblici.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019intento principale \u00e8 quello di ripensare il rapporto dell\u2019edificio con il contesto limitrofo.<\/p>\n<p>La prima azione di progetto \u00e8 quella di spostare la reception sul fronte dell\u2019edificio lungo via Ondina Valla poich\u00e9 \u00e8 un\u2019area maggiormente privata e facilmente accessibile. l\u2019ingresso viene valorizzato con la realizzazione di una grande hall, accogliente e rappresentativa. All\u2019esterno \u00e8 prevista la realizzazione di una nuova piazza ed un accesso carrabile con drop-off.<\/p>\n<p>La seconda azione di progetto \u00e8 quella di destinare l\u2019intero piano terra al retail, sfruttando la visibilit\u00e0 verso Largo Tazio Nuvolari e la possibilit\u00e0 di utilizzare al meglio gli spazi esterni. Allo stato attuale la facciata del piano terra \u00e8 indietreggiata rispetto all\u2019allineamento del fronte principale non incoraggiando l\u2019accesso.
