Porsche Experience Centre Singapore

GBPA Architects designs the new Porsche Experience Center Singapore, an iconic architecture that redefines the concept of the “Porsche experience” by integrating lifestyle, business, and performance. After completing the Porsche Experience Center in Franciacorta (Italy) in 2021, GBPA Architects won the competition to design the German brand’s first experiential center in Southeast Asia. The project enhances the Porsche experience by including areas dedicated to After Sales services and Porsche Lifestyle, creating a truly unique complex.

The center in Singapore —scheduled to open in 2027— will be the largest and most comprehensive Porsche Experience Center in the world, an architectural landmark that combines iconic design, technology, and sustainability, destined to become an international benchmark for the brand experience of the German car manufacturer.

One of the distinctive features of the new PEC Singapore is the close interaction between the architecture and the circuit—designed by Tilke Engineers & Architects—which literally cuts through the building. This unique layout makes the on-track driving experience visible from all interior spaces, transforming every area into a privileged vantage point to observe the performance.

To realise this project, we are collaborating with global built environment consultancy Arup, who are delivering local architectural services and specialist consultancy services including Design for Safety, façade engineering, lighting, transport, audiovisual, and acoustics.
