On Tuesday, May 27, the redevelopment project for Schindler Italia’s new headquarters was officially presented at the company’s site in Concorezzo, in front of an audience of journalists and institutional representatives.

The new headquarters project introduces an innovative concept that places employee well-being at its core, combining architecture and sustainability to deliver a new work experience.

Conceived as a dynamic and integrated workplace, the project reimagines the historic site of the global elevator leader, transforming it into a contemporary, energy-efficient architectural complex that redefines the future of work.

Thanks to the energy optimization strategies and broader sustainability solutions developed by our consultant DBA Group, the building is expected to achieve LEED GOLD certification.
