The property complex, consisting of three independent office buildings, is located on a large plot of land on the outskirts of Milan.

On the basis of the new size requirements of the potential tenant, the redevelopment project proposes the enlargement of one of the three buildings, taking the complex from the existing 14,000 sqm to a total surface area of approximately 23,000 sqm.

The three buildings housing the offices are joined on the ground floor by a large common hall with reception and waiting area, characterised by a fluid space that penetrates the rigid shape of the buildings. Also on the ground floor are the canteen and bar, the gym, training rooms and ancillary services. The reception area also leads to a large auditorium, which also has an outdoor area for outdoor events.

The plot of land boasts three driveways, a pedestrian entrance, about 290 outdoor parking spaces and also has outdoor areas to be used as gardens and spaces for outdoor business meetings or informal gatherings.

A large roof, which dominates the three buildings, gives the complex a homogeneous and unified image, amplifying the “corporate” character of the design proposal.
