Milanofiori Sviluppo srl (a company of the Brioschi Real Estate Development Group) commissioned GBPA ARCHITECTS to design the new building U3 for tertiary use in the urban sector of Milanofiori Nord in Assago.

The building is part of the project “Milanofiori Nord” whose Masterplan was approved in 2005 by the City of Assago.

On an area of about 360,000 square meters. , the plan provided for the construction of 218,000 square meters. for offices, commercial and accommodation activities, housing and services.

Today, to expand the management center, is part of the project of the new office building called ‘U3 I,’ by architects Antonio Gioli and Federica De Leva GBPA ARCHITECTS.
