The candidate project from Tekne is selected as a finalist for final marks in the “Leadership in #Design & #Performance” category!

The project called “Uffici Monte Grappa 3/5”, in the development of which Tekne has provided design servicies for the structures and systems, as well as coordination for #sustainability, in September 2018 was certified #LEED #Platinum by GBCI with a score of 81/100.

Owned by Antirion SGR, the building currently houses the new headquarters of Amazon Italia.
