Milan – San Babila | Building site opened for the redevelopment of the former Hotel Francia building at Corso Vittorio Emanuele 9. The building, owned by Fondo Scarlatti, covers a total area of over 5,700 square metres, and is mainly used as an office. Located in a large pedestrian area, in the centre of Milan’s business and fashion district, the building is currently undergoing a complex renovation and refurbishment.
